Originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, Jamiea was raised in a small town before relocating to South Carolina at the age of 11. Her journey has been defined by resilience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. After earning her GED while balancing motherhood and work, she transformed life’s challenges into purpose, building businesses focused on creating opportunities and changing lives.
Inspired by the legacy of her late mother, Shirley Ann Huntsberry Felder, Jamiea leads with integrity, education, and transparency. She believes every client deserves honest guidance, personalized support, and access to the resources needed to build generational wealth and long-term financial confidence.
With more than 15 years of experience in tax preparation and financial services, Jamiea understands that financial success extends far beyond filing taxes. She works with clients to strengthen their credit, prepare for homeownership, and build lasting financial stability through practical, results-driven solutions.
In addition to leading Urban Financial Solutions, Jamiea has more than 9 years of experience in real estate and proudly serves clients throughout South Carolina with LPT Realty. She is also a Certified USDA 502 Direct Loan Packager, helping low-to-moderate-income families achieve affordable homeownership through education, transparency, and personalized guidance.
